What is the NPV of an MMPR licence?

Add whatever that is to $8M and production facilities. Sprinkle in some TragHip goodwill and the market will ferret out the number.

395M shares fd, so pick the number... 50 or 60c???

The big problem as noted is that the MJ space is currently in a process of deflating some excess valuation.
