From what I can tell, we have one user here that claims to have called Relations and was told that HIP would announce final details of the agreement with CMED tomorrow.... I'm not really sure how much stock you can put into those comments until tomorrow. Hopefully it's true.

They said the will update market by 5 pm pst on if the accept ACB offer and HIP could be good or bad

Just to let you know, CMED will convert to 3.74 shares of ACB. They are using the price at closing on Tuesday - $6.41 (not the 20 day average) So as of tonight that would be $0.66 per share (decent). If ACB goes down to $5 it is more like $0.61. Just to make sure you have the right numbers to calculate.
