Not an old long. I got in in October in the mid 30's. I sold my position this week. It was a short term play for me. I think we're going to see a pullback to the mid high .40's. Think the sector overall is a bit over valued, a lot of in experienced retail investors throwing their money at the hot stock. Big smart money usually eats them up in short term moves. Seems like a positive play holding Hip right now, 1] get cheap Cmed shares.or 2] get  cheap Acb shares instead. or 3] Cmed pays Hip millions in free cash.Only if Cmed or Acb were tanking it could become a short term negative which they are not..I think people are taking the short profits right now.

Only problem would be the Acb 38% voting it down I guess.Not sure what % needed to vetto it.

CMED needs a majority of voting shareholders to vote for the acquistion of HIP.  If 38% of ALL shareholders really are locked in to voting against it, it's definitely going to be hard to push it through.  Not only will most of the shareholders have to vote, but most of the shareholders that do vote will need to vote FOR the acquisition.   I also doubt CMED has to pay HIP ...more

agreement does stipulate 9.5 million cancel fee as well as 51% vote needed.
