Drs anyone know if this company is building hops greenhouse? If so then this has turned really nasty. I’m a Cmed shareholder and look forward to the Cmed/hip merger but acb seems like a woman scorned. It appears they wanted hip as well but management of hip choose the better partner. even if it was the same one, they would have contracts in place which would be binding and have a penalty to cancel. It's not an issue

well according to acb cam batley in Bnn he stated that those companies that have Larsen building for them that they would need to come to the table or risk their projects viability

Aurora have interest in CMED...not sure for HIP. Be careful here. For the moment, in the deal between CMED/HIP, $10M penalty save HIP.
