Buy out by CMED   $27.25  x $0.33 = $0.899 HIP....  no sure what will happen because of ACB take over of CMED ??

I'm not convinced that takeover is going to happen anymore.  Shareholders would have to take a $3.00 hit to their share price in approving the deal - and they don't vote for a long time yet.  Who knows what will happen in that time.
