merger with cannimed

anyone some info about merger with cannimed please:

1 is this for the near future or....?
2 if we are informed that the merger is a go, can we still sell at this SP or do we still have time than?
3 is it certain we all have to vote?

Circulars have already been issued to shareholders who previously held shares (not sure what the date was that they used to determine which shareholders would get to vote).  So, some shareholders will have already voted.  Many shareholders will have held off, and now likely will not vote in favour of the deal.  There is a date scheduled in court for January 23rd to get court

Lets hope it's higher by January 23 and then sell.... Like the other person mentioned when the share price is this high the chances of the acquisition taken place would be slim
