Date of CMED deal??

Anyone know general idea when the deal will be finalized? Also, is the deal still at 33 CMED for every 1,000 of HIP? If so I want to make sure to sell at these higher prices and not lose money when the stock conversion occurs

Believe it was originally January 23rd. Not sure if that's still the case.
