CMED merger a bad deal for newstrike

Not too many have mentioned the 1000/33 share swap if this deal goes through. They vote on Jan 19, 2018. If you are a newstrike shareholder with substantial holdings especially if you bought in
recently at $3 per share. Your losses will be huge. That's why I am waiting for the dust to settle. It's one thing to make huge profits. It's another to keep those profits. I never make trades on emotion or what the market is doing. I also calculate my losses if things turn sour. I do this even before I make a trade. The hype on this stock is unbelievable. I can see why cmed is trying to fend off a hostile takeover. But I don't understand the logic behind the deal with newstrike. They are really getting nothing by taking over newstrike resources. I hope the cmed shareholders vote yes,
so the larger company can fire the management group at cmed. There are many startups in the cannabis sector, and until Newstrike starts producing revenue I would stay away.

Pro Pro Pro! You are using logic. This market has no logic. Your logic does not apply here. The gamble is, wich company don't you make as much money investing in. They will triple from here!

Thanks for the scumbag comment. I have been called worse. But no. NO! I am not an Aurora shareholder. I held Newstrike for a short time sold it for a huge profit.  I particularly like these kind of stocks, and actively look for them. I agree with most of what you say, except I would evaluate newstrike at 0.15 per share.

Who would be dumb enough to vote yes for that deal? Honestly...your your noodle to gamble where this is going? No deal, straight UP!
