CMED CEO won't stop whining about how aurora deal is bad value for CMED shareholder shares yet never address the fact that their offer to HIP is highway robbery! HIPs market cap has exceeded CMEDs yet they're offer USB at November values?? Not to mention cmed claim a auroras deal is holding back their share price, by that logic cmeds deal is holding back hips share price. Anyone who bought hip for more than $0.5 should realize this deal is awful. I would love if aurora just bought HIP for a fair price lol

Yopur deffinately an ACB fan boy share holder. Your logic is so flawed. ACB has realeased at least 4 new releases saying they have no interest in buying newstrike because it has zero revenue and they can not even afford to complete their facility and have 0 capital.

hey scottyboy read the latest news, hip has a license to sell, doubling there capacity, cmed signed agreement to buy there weed ( why would they sign this agreement if they were so sure of gaing control, it makes no sense) if agreement goes through acb will be threatend because of future revenue streams coming from hip.

Well the last part about them buying Newstrike wash not really a serious comment but yes I am a fan of aurora, not a fan of cmed and not a fan of their offer to Newstrike.

Currently all newstrike has is a 20,000 sq ft facility in brantford with a sales and grow lisence. They have a facility in beamsvillle that is 100,000 sq ft but it is half built and they can not afford to finish it because they have no capital and they can not afford to finish the facility or get their sales lisence or grow lisence for that facility. the vault alone to store the marijuana is like

The CMED + HIP deal has been in the works for a long time and is friendly. CMED has provided support for their future partner HIP to grow to where they are right now.  CMED would have provided support to Newstrike in dealing with Health Canada. Research and check who holds the mortgage on that large Niagara property. Think Newstrike could have swung that on their own? Now Newstrike needs
