File A Class Action Lawsuit If All Shareholders Can't Vote
Newstrike continued trading for two months since that offer on Nov.16 eagerly accepting new share holders and their hard earned dollars. They must be allowed to vote. This deal requires two thirds of the existing share holders votes and it legally must include all shareholders of a stock that continued trading on the open market. If the deal did not go through Newstrike would have gladly kept all of our investment money to boost the stock price up. They can not have it both ways. No one is using me and getting away with it. VOTE NO.

There will have been a dead line to mail out the proxy’s and for people to mail them back. That’s 8 business days, as it is 4 days to mail anting letter by standard in to and from the share holders is total of 8 days. The proxies would have been mailed out all ready. If you have not received yours, looks like you got in too late.

If that is the case then they should have HALTED the stock from trading and STOP STEALING our money.

That is not how markets work. The price is set by the market not gov't or exchanges..The information was available to everyone who took some time to read it.

No one is steeling your money. No one forced you to buy at the certain price. Why do people expect others to rescue them after you do something stupid. Better think and try to get yourself out of this situation. Take losses now and don't wait for price to go down to 79 cents. Of buy CMED stock if you beleive in the story. stop complaining.

Insulting millions of investors who bought shares in Newstrike after Nov.16 by calling them stupid shows your lack of education, intelligence and upbringing. Go back to Block Chain

That's free market buddy. No one forced you to buy overpriced stock. Take responsibility for your action and stop crying.

Dude, the only ones buying this stock after that datebook were day trading penny flippers trying to make a quick buck. If you bought with the intention of a long term investment, then you didn't do your home work.
