I agree with you, Green. Martial Arts is good at copying and pasting and his diatribes appear impressive until you start reading them.
How does Cmed have more votes because Hip agreed to join them? They agreed, but Cmed hasn't even voted on the deal, yet. AND, if you think ACB needs Hip, you need to do more thinking. If ACB does need more than the 1,000,000 square feet of greenhouse space that they will soon have, then they could buy 10 other companies besides HIP. 
AND, the only reason Cmed's share price is where it is now, is because of speculation that Aurora is going to take them out. 
Compare companies. You may be reading a lot, but you are not comprehending.
Aurora has not lost any leverage.

Let's focus on facts please. ACB didn't have 66.6% votes of the 24.43M shares issued for CMED.  And if anyone thinks an undervalued $34 CMED holder will surrender their shares for $24, you really don't have any basis to back that up. If CMED and HIP merge, the total number of shares for CMED will increase by 12.88M share to a total of 37.29M shares.  If ACB didn't have ...more

Do you understand the meaning of Fact? You claim that ACB didnt have the votes.... Are you an insider serving on the board? Otherwise this is not a fact as you claim.  Regardless, both deals are history so dont bother trying to make head or tails on the technicals. Your wasting your time.  News comes Monday re: the new offer.
