lol no. This is panic. Sales license? Check. Facility already producing? Check. Expansion approval? Check. Financing ? Check. Major artist partnership? Check. Major agency exclusive agreement? Check. We are fine. The previous deal undervalued us massively. Now we are free :)

I agree with everything you said except that the face of the brand Gord Downie recently passed away and if you think that is a negligible factor then you are missing something.
