 my question is : if the professional investors are in question about the true value of MJ stocks and think the market is in a bubble, which to me says the share price is to high, and no one really knows how the govmnt  will proceed with he new  legalization, which affects the pricing, marketing, advertising etc...how  can the price go up with uncertainty ?  Or will they

First ones are the ones who buy when the markets are on the risk paying premium for PPS and hope to get rich quick with some getting lucky but most selling for losses panicking when they are in the red.
