Yeah it’s a really nice system that should produce at lower costs. Many people don’t know this, but this is the Dutch tray system. The very same system used at Aurora’s Aurora sky facility which is the most advanced facility for the production of cannibus that should produce at a cost of around $1.50 per gram. Nice to know that Newstrike’s facility is on par with Aurora Sky.

Of course the only factor that would cause a higher production cost at the Newstrike facility in comparison is the cost of electricity which is higher in Ontario as opposed to Alberta

Then again...labour costs are higher in Alberta and although this is a mainly automated system it does still require labour and labour is expensive. So maybe it will balance out...won’t know until we are online.

Transportation for Newstrike’s facility should be lower due to its location to the most populous provinces in Canada if we are estimating consumption per capita.
