How accurate is this looks like huge decrease in short volume is this finally the bottom?

Eurojunkie the data says that there was a 165+ million decline in short positions from Feb 1-16. In other words shorts have closed 165 million positions (bought) which would support the price but in fact the price has declined to $1.04. Not a good indicator. No predictions on my part but just when you think the sp cant go lower it sometimes can. I've found that out a few too many times in the
