What happens to the warrants if HIP is bought?

if someone buys hip it would be for way over the target price (1.75) we would be in the money in no time, i would pull the trigger on trading them before the buyout date approches depending on the deal of course, so to answer your question that would be a big bonus for us and i really hope it happens
