Good post GP. Waiting for the cash from the CMED deal. Would not be surprised to see some of the money flow to Newstrike shares. Thanks for reminding me of the potential.

im bullish thats why im looking to put down 20 k more ! Not start now. I own 35000 shares and 250, 000 warrants . im not looking to sell anytime soon . im just curious as to how liquidity will be handled. I know that in sgx the mm controls it to make it easier on investors. I assume north American markets might be similiar ?

Right 7Twiggy that would be great!! So you mean Newstrike does an share issue at $1.42 to institutionals and uses money to buy HIP shares at $1.10. That would go down just lovely i'm sure and likely cause a massive selloff.

Gutfelt that is correct offer was at $1.32. Ggee i never said the underwriter are dumb. I said the optics of doing a offer at $1.32 and then using cash to buy back shares at $1.10 looks bad. At any rate the idea is silly - the company raised money for operational and promotional needs, not for a buyback, certainly not at this juncture....

at first the deal was $50million and then they raised it to $80million so those investors are very confident and they know the blueprint/plan, up cannabis is gonna be a big player in the mj market with facilities already running and producing, i cant wait to see the next nr
