Can you explain your play on warrants?  The exercise price is $1.75 isn't it?  The stock has to hit $1.97 to break even, or $3.48 to make it a better buy than buying shares.  If you buy shares @ $1.16 and it hits $1.97 that's 70% gain.  If you buy warrants at .22 and it hits $1.97 you have 0% gain.  You'd need the stock to hit $3.48 to make the same 70% gain

your calculation is right except your only calculating the intrinsic value and leaving out the "time value", heres an example when the stock hits $3 and the excercise price is $1.75 then warrent is worth $1.80, intrinsic value is 1.25 and time value is .55, but if say it takes the stock a year and half to hit $3, then the warrent would be worth around 1.40 which means intrinsic value is

Also, if the price maintains $2.60 or greater for 10 business days the warrants expire. It would have to hit $3.48 before the 10 days are up.  I don't see the warrants being worth more than $0.30, but I sure wish I paid attention when they dropped to $0.08!

CBW.WT has exactly the same clause and its HIT 1,45$ 2 month ago when the share price hit 2,95$

man they dont expire 10 days after 2.60.....   they are good for 2 years. if the price closes above for 10 consecutive days you can exersise the warrants.....the company can if they want ,shorten the length of time they are good for, BUT must give 15 days noticeand they wont do that.   maybe if it gets $6-7. level they might do that. .
