If reverse stock split is going to happen,all the shorters out there are going to have buy back the shares soon,which should cause a run in the stock price correct?I'm still new at this, I got my package today from Newstrike for voting I have 16000 shares in this company, I really do not want to lose my money.Some good news would be great.

Why don't you just contact Newstrike Resources directly ? I don't understand why shareholders are reluctant to question the very company who they have entrusted their money to. You have the right to question as a shareholder and they have the responsibility to answer as a company. Go to the source and keep documentation of your interactions. Let us all know what you find out.

make your vote before the 17th.  Your pecentage of ownership in the company will not change with the consolodation,  there are a number of reasons why they think it is in the best interest of the company to do it, however investors need to send the message.  I would agree to something like this if it was after legalization and we have shown profitability and greater share price
