I am not a basher or pumper and normally would not care to comment, but here is something.
HIP has become a huge value trap. It's not even about this latest bought deal, although it is a bit strange. We realize the need for capital at this pre-sales rush stage, but what are you guys doing with the money? Not much news coming out other than "strengthening position as blah blah". This charity thing about music something. What is that? If you need capital, why give away money? Yes, it's peanuts, but still annoying. We are capitalists. We don't care about charity or music or any of that. We are in the business of making money, and so should your company be. We want to hear about new sales and distribution agreements. Otherwise it looks like you guys are just sitting there burning cash. Everyone is moving ahead and you guys are back at December valuations.
We realize you were about to hang the hat with takeover, yeah that's a bummer, but we still have a company to run. At this stage nobody is coming with takeover offers - too many companies do weed now, x10 times more than in December. But if you are tired and don't want to do business - give some other folks the steering wheel. We need people who want to hussle, day and night. So every week there are news of what you've done and who else you will be supplying your stuff. You are not in the music business or charity business so please concentrate and do things that boost value. Or hire people who can do this. At this time only the lazy won't make any money, everyone is pumped - go out there and secure a market share. Please and thank you.

To add to that - it does not matter 20% up or 20% down. Or RSI. I don't think many people are invested in this industry to make 20%. Technicals don't matter at all, because we're talking pre-pre-stage. None of the players have math that adds up or is audited properly. You know what does matter? Investore confidence. If you look across the sector, there are players in the $0.50 and
