plus other sectors (Pharma, Cigs, Beverage) maybe looking at this as well.....

You correct. And remember, the grimsby facity (niagara) is being retrofitted=cheap. The other faciity is producing and current has $10 mill worth in a vault. And then there is that cash pile. We are a prime target.

HIP is not going anywhere it may rally back to 80 cent for some odd reason 150 m in chump change in this business its a falling knife .
