I actually got a call back today from Investor Relations. I asked how the reverse split would affect warrant holders and the lady said she didn’t know but would ask management and get back to me tomorrow. I left 5 messages before they got back to me so we will see if they follow through. I am just happy to finally get a response.

I'll gladly assist you. The warrants are rolled back at an equal ratio. What's the point of talking to IR if they don't even know that? Heres a REAL question to ask them. How will the warrant holders be treated if the company is bought out for under the strike price? Will those warrants be converted to the new ownership, or will they let them fall to zero like true pricks?

Well that about says it all as far as HIP is concerned. They don't have anyone in their IR department who knows what is going on. That is a very straightforward question and anyone who was hired to do that job should immediately know the answer. Why is HIP hiring people to work in their IR department if they have no qualifications to do so ? This is becoming a theme here. Who have they hired ...more
