the CN Tower wasn't built in a day...

a lot of organization goin on for Market Day (after legalization)...once they get product and logistics on a solid working plan, then the bucks will start to roll in. Untl then ,its all speculation.
  and if I were them I'd be focused on getting evrything organised for launch and would really care about  the shareholders at this time;  its your choice to buy HIP or not...Revenue revenue revenue revenue  thats what Id be focused on for my shareholders...
