It will be fine. Warrants can’t explode upwards of people aren’t selling. There were 30 million warrants I believe but not positive.

My only worry is with the acceleration clause with hip.wt should they wish to excerise it. I would not excerise but sell before.

So if I buy 10,000 warrants tomorrow. Wait till after the strike price of $1.00 until a couple months before 2023. I would have to put up $10,000 or so in 2023 to get my 10,000 shares of hip and if the sp price is at $10.00 I make $100,000. Is this correct???      I am a complete newbie to warrants. I read everyone's posts about warrants . If this is correct I'm buying them

Correct. You would have to pay 10k to flip the warrants into shares. However, the price of the warrants will rise much higher if the share price is 10 bux. Could sell just the warrants aswell. The time on the warrants, strike price and no acceleration is what makes these warrants gold in my opinion. Just need to share price to go parabolic and we're all gonna be in the money

Honestly - I am still so confused about the warrants vs regular shares - I'm going to buy more this morning just not sure which I should buy....advise?  I have 10K I want to buy with.  I already have 17,000 regular shares - do I buy more regular shares or warrants and if warrants which ones?
