The quality being produced by these million/billion dollar companies will easily beat out black market quality. Black market weed is cheap and easy to come by because it's grown quick and cheap. And oversupply issues in the states were mostly due to lawmakers not putting a cap on licenses. Canada has that and is heavily regulating the market.
