is 2 or 3 consecutive quarterly filings giving it some credibility. This market sector is so rampant with fraudulent releases by criminal promoters that many potential investors are staying away until the bogus companies get shaken out.

I get what your saying but I doubt anyone is putting out fradulent quarterly filings?

pred....I did not state fraudulent quarterly filings, I said fraudulent releases. I should have specified fraudulent news releases. If you check SEC.  reports you will likely find references to fraudulent financial filings also.
