So many hopeful comments on this site.  Let’s face it, this is bad press in the short term, there’s likely going to be a dip, but in a couple weeks, and later when financials come out, this will be ancient history.  If it dips into 30’s, this will be a phenomenal buying chance, probably the last one at that level.  When financials stabilize, this thing has to be valued over $2, maybe $3.

Completely agree. Bad national press, but nationwide shortage will means sales will continue and contracts honoured. Now it is just ride this out and let expansion and financial news boost things back up though. I did not expect this with HIP though, as they always brag about branding and the cornerstone of branding is high quality. They should have been double checking before shipping.

I don’t think we dip much if any. Our SP right now is a joke so why would people sell? Just my opinion. APH also has a recall earlier this year for labelling issues and I am sure a Canopy has had recalls as well if you wanted to search for it. I am not selling anything and if it dips I will buy more. Because this was released late Friday evening, many investors won't be aware of the news until mid Monday morning. Any trading trend might not happen until then.  hard to guess what could happen.

fly.....you're the one freaking!  I don't connect "highest standards" with recalls. We have to improve. Jay has to stop playing with himself and set up tough production standards to get hip back on track. Hopefully easily spreading MOULD didn't effect the whole growing facility. I'm invested here also. I want improvements not continued recalls!

No.. I dont freek  its not in my nature. Lol..  this is just the reality of any agricultural product. Like I said before Jay  (Mozzarella) needs to go on BNN Monday morning and use this to our advantage talk about how we voluntarily recalled the product ..and other big things we are doing! there has been No complaints at all, Like other LPs. No body wants little issues like this But

fly.......interestingly, OGI has had at least a couple recalls and were very open about it. They didnot try and hide the announcement on a late Friday night. Reprecussions for them was a two week slip in price on one and no reaction market wise on the second. It's the old adage...hide your head in the sand and get your (butt) booted.  Stockhouse wouldn't accept a.ss on the first try.

Not sure if the release was strategic... everything is open to interpretation. and no sand next Monday my friend,   I cant imagine selling f- all because this,  like I said put a positive spin on it use the publicity to say LOOK at HIP! cheers
