Warrants
What does this mean for warrant holders?

I also wonder this. Do we get fair market value at this price? If we do then we are all getting exactly what the price is right now aren’t we? I can’t believe we didn’t even ask for a premium. This is not a great day for shareholders.

This is what Dennis told me from IR this morning about the warrants. Your warrants will effectively roll over to HEXO with the same economic interest. Details should be in the circular when that is filed later. I think the way to view it is you are now getting equity in a stronger combined entity through HEXO (warrants or shares) that has greater potential as a whole.

current HEXO warrants expire in 2020, so do HIP.wt, but HIP.WT.A expire 2023 so what is the math on that conversion? Do we lose 3 years or will Hexo establish a new warrant good for three years? Anyway you look at it, this is clearly a hostile stink bid, should have been at least a 20 - 25 % premium. What are they thinking?
