would someone just give me the raw numbers of where they feel the shre value is on this transaction as we sit.. Im not overally concerned of the A warrant feeling they will come good on it.. but it explains why the lid didnt come off and it crossed my mind trading it never alone a post a while back asking this very question lol...

conversion using the purchase price noted in the agreement (not the current price as it sits).

All the other buyouts I have ever seen included information regarding the value at which a company was evaluated at, not this one, I don't like this at all
