Just got off phone with Dennis IR-Warrant Details

Calm down folks. I just spoke with with Dennis from IR. I'm actually surprised he called back as I left a message only an hour ago.

Deal needs to be voted on Approx, June or July and closes in Aug. All Warrants will be converted at same ratio and ARE INCLUDED in the deal. More importantly, the dates will remain the same and all Warrants will continue to trade under the same symbol until Aug (then he is not sure of the details on symbol but most likely will stay the same). He believes that if the Warrants symbol stays the same, upon expiry date you will get the Hexo shares (converstion SP based on the deal price today). If symbol on the Warrants or Stock change, everything gets rolled over including expiry dates.

Basically with HIP trading at 50 cents today and doing the conversion to deal price, the A Warrant Strike price of $1 would be converted exactly the same if Hexo share price doubles from $7 to $15 (todays price) by 2023.

Do not sell! Your Warrants are GOLDEN and the expiry date is the same. With the closing date still that far away, another company can outbid HEXO and they have 5 days to match. All that HIP would need to do is pay the 7.5 million dollar fee to break the deal or HEXO would match the offer. This story is just beggining folks, DONT BE STUPID AND DO NOT SELL.

this is for the warrants as well?? if i own warrants to buy at 1$/ newstrike share in 2023, what will the price be to buy per hexo share when and if this deal goes through as of what we know now. with the current warrants newstrike holds as of today.

Basically, the stock price at 50 cents , the strike price of the A warrants needs to be at $1 to be in the money. Dennis stated that would remain the same as HEXO would need to be at $15 (double todays price) to be in the money in 2023.

According to Dennis, Yes. 2023 date remains on the A Warrants.
