It’s not true insiders r the major shareholders. Only 25% was locked. If we can launch an activist campaign, we will be able to back off from this deal. In the longer run it’s beneficial for the shareholders. But it’s a shitty deal to the HIP investors

it just wont get traction from the amount you would need to actually nix this ...almost everysmall cap that got gobbled up ie hiku, icc labs the bullboards were exacly like this but those mergers and aquisions happened ..you could waste your time and money but why not sell or take a hard look at hexo and keep your shares longterm. .400M expected revenue next year .

I m keeping my shares, but I think with a merger like this. It’s a clear signal that the management is very incompetent and just want to get out. With a good management, this company could go pass and beyond than the this shytty deal

Cant argue with that. Ive said before Jay and his team never wanted to be a real company. They were actively trying to sell it even before legalization.
