If the deal goes through we essentially get the conversion rate of .06322 in HEXO shares. If HEXO settles back to the $7.50 - $7.75 mark we are getting $0.47 -> $.049 per share, so this is worse case, so never sell below the conversion rate.. you're just tossing money away.
