Last I checked with HIP IR they indicated that the voting packages will be sent out in May. Dennis (the HIP IR guy) is pretty good at getting back to folks quickly so you could just drop him an email to get the latest details. You can contact Investor Relations from the link provided on the NewStrike Brands webpage.

is it true they need 60% yes vote to have a deal

and dont forget thats 66.66% of the votes cast not the float. With 38% of the float locked in a yes vote you will need 13% of the float to vote NO just to offset the guaranteed yes, plus 1/3 of the remaining votes cast. With 38% + 13% = 51% float required just to get back to a baseline vote, you will never get 51% of shares voting so its pretty much a done deal .

your math is confusing me, 66% is mandatory, and they claimed 38% yes, so they need another 28% yes. There are 52 % left after 38% , if more than half of 52% say NO, then no deal, so why r you so sure it is done deal ?

ok. You assume 6.2 not vote. I don't think so.

Lets try this again... 38% votes locked up, another 13% all "NO" votes to bring the ratio down to 66.6%. That in iteslf is over 51% of total float voting and if you think there will be much more you are mistaken. We dont even get over 50% for a federal election let alone a stock merger. Clearly this is over your head, carry on bud

Thank you for the explanation, I understande right now 38% is YES, to get 66.6% they need 1-13/38 result. Let's hope there are more than 51% particpating.
