, there will be approximately 245,929,067 HEXO Shares outstanding and a further 59,982,724 HEXO Shares reserved for issue upon exercise of convertible securities of each of HEXO and Newstrike (inclusive of the Existing HEXO Options, the Replacement Options, Newstrike Warrants and outstanding warrants of HEXO)

let's just say 246 mil for easier math purposes ..... 246 mil * 20 sp is just shy of 5 billion market cap . It still seems reasonable when canopy and aurora are more than double HEXO market cap, even then . Long way to go everyone , this is what Jay must see I guess . It's all in a perfect scenario with no recession coming that is
