Warrants
For the idiots on this board that states the Warrants could not stay the same Symbol... Listed Newstrike Warrants Prior to the completion of the Arrangement, Newstrike had outstanding two classes of warrants to purchase common shares of Newstrike listed on the TSXV under the trading symbols HIP.WT and HIP.WT.A, respectively (together the Listed Newstrike Warrants). The Listed Newstrike Warrants will continue trading on the TSXV as Newstrike warrants, under their existing trading symbols, and will remain listed on the TSXV until the earliest to occur of their exercise, expiry or delisting. As required by the warrant indentures in respect of the Listed Newstrike Warrants, HEXO has entered into supplemental warrant indentures in respect of such warrant indentures governing the Listed Newstrike Warrants. Copies of each of the supplemental warrant indentures will be available on Newstrikes and HEXOs respective SEDAR profiles at www.sedar.com.

this is the stupidest Fing thing I have ever heard of, not the HIP warrants are completely de-coupled from the underlying entity except for people who know what they are. Nonsense.

Relax man, you were right. Doesnt make much sense to me why they would stay HIP.WT when HIP ticker will no longer exist. Warrants will still move with the stock price and A warrants will do awesome anyway. I guess the price of the warrants wont change either now until the strike price hits. Things just got confusing lol.

are they changing the hip.wt.A warrants names to HEXO and the strike price to $15.80 after the conversion?

symbol stays the same. It's a little vague to me if the conversion if applied now or via the supplemental arrangement at time of conversion.

so will the hip.wt.A warrant trading price convert using .06332? meaning 17 cents today turns into about $2.68 ?

Everyone is confused I think. I emailed HEXO IR because this is different than was originally said when this deal first came up.

everyone should be emailing hexo and newstrike IR right now and demanding hip warrants changed to hexo name, and strike prices confirmed, trading prices confirmed etc.... like it was conveyed before by the IR departments but somehow left out of this latest NR
