Class action anyone ?
Is anyone aware of any effort to investigate whether or not any actual fraud was committed by management or leadership of the former Newstrike Brands ?
YES, I am a bagholder and I am trying to simply move on and hope that I someday break even with the HEXO crumbs I was given in exchange for my HIP shares, but how this all went down sticks in my craw and seems like more than your basic stock market - you win some you lose some scenario.

97% saw the benefit and voted in favor. Malcontents totaling 3% still are having difficulties accepting a good deal.

Your blind, to what they have done to investors with this one. CEOs selling millions prior to the conversion, share price manipulated to suit the deal. so much more. can only hope Newstrike finacials really boost Hexo next Qt or this is a massive bag over the head- screw job for all who believed . IMO.....!

screwed on the conversion. HIP orginal shares, converted are now at a 52 week low. What ever happened to the HIP branding that most were certain was going to propel the stock? No pun intended but looks like HEXO couldnt care less and that has tragically ended. So sad to see so many lose so much.

doinaok................there was nothing wrong with this transaction. Hexo took over a struggling company. Hip president realized the company problems and made the best decision available to him.
