Confidence in company waning?
Large chunks of shares sold on Friday suggests that those in the know or institutional investors don't have confidence in the company's hiring of the consultant to explore strategy for enhancing share holder value. The company's move would seem to be a positive event, however sp action suggests otherwise. What do they know that we don't?
A selloff to keep the sp low for the eventual buyout is a possibility to minimize buyout premium.

zz The finance company showed confidence in NWM when advancing the funds. To then sell off the 9.5 M shares granted by the company within a week or so would suggest just the opposite. boneafide.
