Another private placement !!!  Unbelievable.  This company really sucks.  They are just a bunch of liars.  First, they were supposed to declare commercial production in the first weeks of January ( what Chris told us in the latest video), which did not happen at all.  And now further dilution is on the way with another PP.  They have such a cash burn rate that I find it will almost be impossible for them to prove this venture being profitable and viable.

This thing is going to .04 cents a share in the near term.  Mark my words.

I am more concerned with the last gold poured and waiting to be sold. Sold out this morning and will not return until they meet any objective they put forward. Too many headwinds now like share dilution, debt, ongoing lawsuit, missing production.

I have to think that you are right riskystuff. Especially as it is situated close to TMM (which I own) and AUQ. The waiting game continues...
