I'd have preferred to see half a warrant at .10 instead of a 10% cash and 10% stock fee for the agents, that's terribly high, as most finders fees are 6-8% in cash OR stock...

Went back to March and became QUICKLY bored... reading 99% of your negative posts What this company has done (pouring gold) doesn't reflect its share price. Not many juniours reflect its share price in this economy. Not many companies are reflecting their value. Holding long, positive mind and everyone have an enjoyable week-end GLTA Not the first positive company to perish due to ...more

Agree, not many gold juniors sp reflect price of gold, nor do the profits, initially. I do think that major sp movement will begin once first year production numbers are reported. Do remember, TMM and AVR were all junior companies couple years back. Their SP exploded after they proven profitability in the first year. This will also show more interest from potential buyers. glta

Very funny...I never did trust or like Queen's graduates. Tough to see other juniors on my watchlist  in the green making serious moves while the my main holding is stuck.. Gold is starting to move we are producing profitably but debt and how management handles it will decide our shareprice. Over 500,000,000  shares is also a problem It would be great to go into a weekend feeling ...more

As I said before,do a PP of 300 million shares at .06 and wipe out the debt and put it behind us. I don't care if they have a billion shares. All that matters is earnings per share and reserves. As I see it the reason there is heavy selling is likely because the PP is coming and the ones in the know are selling their shares and will replace them with shares at .06 with 10 cent warrants. Also ...more

Yes, Gold price shot through $1700 last week and all indications are further gains as reality sets in that the economy isn't doing well as first, and second speculated.  ........  Our s/p once again mirrors with what happened with CSG a couple of years ago. Not so hot production numbers and a rising gold Market. However, things were happening behind the scenes and the value of CSG ...more

Right there with you Stu. I'm too far underwater with this stock to consider selling at this point. I just hope they have some kind of game plan that we're not aware of because at this rate we're going nowhere quick.

"As I said before,do a PP of 300 million shares at .06 and wipe out the debt and put it behind us. I don't care if they have a billion shares. All that matters is earnings per share and reserves." I disagree, Twypt. If they did something like that, we'd have around 800 million shares out. If you figure $8 million in earnings over the next year, that would be 1 cent per share. At ...more

Any way you look at it, rolling over debt or PP it still equates to a .10 cent SP, maybe .12 if we are lucky.

Interesting discussion.... If we do a PP to raise our shares outstanding to approx. 800,000,000 we can free ourselves from this debt and apply our earnings to increasing production or more importantly drilling and increasing our resource to unlock the huge potential of NWM but.... Share dilution increases our market cap considerably pricing us closer to what we are worth...our value as ...more
