I'd have preferred to see half a warrant at .10 instead of a 10% cash and 10% stock fee for the agents, that's terribly high, as most finders fees are 6-8% in cash OR stock...

Agree, not many gold juniors sp reflect price of gold, nor do the profits, initially. I do think that major sp movement will begin once first year production numbers are reported. Do remember, TMM and AVR were all junior companies couple years back. Their SP exploded after they proven profitability in the first year. This will also show more interest from potential buyers. glta

Right there with you Stu. I'm too far underwater with this stock to consider selling at this point. I just hope they have some kind of game plan that we're not aware of because at this rate we're going nowhere quick.

Any way you look at it, rolling over debt or PP it still equates to a .10 cent SP, maybe .12 if we are lucky.
