Mark Plaxton

Now you why Mark Plaxton keeps selling his shares to buy the private placements from NWM to keep them liquid and operational. I believe with Plaxton being paid millions of free shares it gives him/them more voting power to approve any sale of NWM to whomever they want and as usual in deals like this it won't matter what the smaller investors vote for.  Just my personal opinion as I could have this completely wrong.

you are probably right as the bid at four and half starts to get assualted..........he keeps it up and nwm could be a real penny play

this is pretty simple fellows:  stop making it complicated.   Plaxton sells shares at .055 or higher in the marketplace-uses the procceds to buy .05 PP for the company. Plug in a y number you like, but the first number will ALWAYS be higher than  the second number The company needs the money for both drilling and opertations-so what is happening really is an extraction of funds from ...more

just looked again at canadian insider to see the insider action........other than the exspiring of options it does not show much..........how long do they have to report a buy or sell before they are out of compiance

Just my opinion, but I don't think it's Plaxton this time. My feeling is that it's probably Renvest Mercantile Bancorp unloading some or all of the 10.5 million share gift that they got for extending the financing.
