Tell me

if I got it wrong here.  Most companies that roll back their stock, ie (10  for 1), are not usually successful in the end; or it takes forever to get back to your break even point in your investment!

You are correct....The market will short this down from 40 or 30 cents in a matter of months if they don't get this project going full bore and that will not happen by Feb.,... Get this project up and running 35,000 to 40,000 ounces and update our resource to over 1 million ounces..then consolodate from a position of strength... My 250,000 shares will say no. However, it appears that given the difficult market conditions the TSXV has modified that rule. here it is in details with some highlights. You'll notice the expiry date ...more

Andyman6 you are right. What a gret gift - .025 cents today and .045 or so very soon. People seem to forget that NWM is a producer!!!

Good research BlindBat, I had not heard of this temporary change. One thing that I did note in the statement is that "In the case of a Private Placement of common shares (or units of which common shares form a part), the offering price per share (or unit) must not be less than the last closing price of the issuer’s common shares before the issuance of the news release announcing the Private ...more
