NWM produced
3,739 ounces combined for the first 2 months of 2013 or
1,901 ounces per month (for a standard 30 day month: 3,739 / 59 days * 60 days / 2 months).
With improvements still occurring (ADR, Leach, fluids, etc.) and with bigger/better vehicles and equipment now being moved to the mine site, I would like to see them start hitting at least 2,000 produced ounces for a standard 30 day period.
The 1,901 oz production (30 standard days) or the 3,739 oz production (59 days Jan-Feb) represents 63.4 ounces of production per day.
63.4 * 90 days in Q1 2013 = 5,704 ounces
Thus, Jan-Feb run rate production extrapolated for the entire first quarter is 5,704. I would to see continued progress in March (from the enhancements), to enable full Q1 to end up in the 5,700 - 5,900 oz range.
The 63.4 oz per day production run rate means that (during Jan-Feb) NWM produced at an annualized production level of 22,800 ounces (up from the 19,094 ounces of production in 2011).
Increasing the daily run rate production to 70 oz per day would provide 25,000 in annualized production, while 80 oz per day would provide almost 29,000 ounces.
Gold production by quarter:
Q1`13 - 5,700 oz (Jan-Feb rate extrapolated for the entire qtr: 3,739 / 59 days * 90 days)
Q4`12 - 5,175
Q3`12 - 4.329
Q2`12 - 4,813
Q1`12 - 4,777
