served to stay on the course that they are on right now. The new drilling and the start of mining on the Gold Ridge deposit will increase their resources and with the price of gold increasing they may be able to start paying down their debt. The new team is making a difference!

I also received the matrerials. Have almost a million shares at MUCH higher prices. I'm an idiot. Catching a falling knife known as"averaging down." To the folks on this board...... NWM does NOT have enough money to get through the next quarter given the turmoil this past quarter. The 30:1 consolidation is quite necessary for one ugly reason..... the company requires cash. Voted NO on consolidation as I said before. Consolidation makes no logical sense at this point. They have to show and prove. 1:30 is just too harsh and will not benefit any old or new shareholder right now. PS. More news on the way..
