Sorry but...

Hi Milly,

I just thought I would take a look at the company... It looks like the company has around 700k ozs Au at a grade of around .6 g/t Au and has over 550M Shares outstanding.

No doubt I pitty the guy that invested in this company on the advice of milly. Just a thought but... WG.V  *(soon to be WG.TO)* that has over 19M ozs PGMs not to mention the billions of lbs Ni and Cu and only 131M shares out.

I don't say this to pump one company over another but just to point out that sometimes it's better to cut the losses and run than be stuck in a rut with a co. that will be lucky to not go belly up.

I found out about this company by milly and his highbrow posts on the WG forum.  So no doubt I took a look at the company to see it the rumors were true (that milly actually had a brain cell left.)

Upon review of the company in question I determined that the rumors were false (milly is still searching for the missing brain cells) and that the company in question has no merit.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but better to hear if from an independent voice than the pumper that is milly... aka Milli Vanilli

If anyone has any questions as of motive just look at the brainy posts of milly on the WG forum and ask yourself is this the type of guy/gal I really want to trust when the facts (grade, tonnage and share count of WG vs NWN gives a clear answer)

Sorry Miley Cyrus, But it looks like your NWM is also more than $20M in debt. Please paint a picture of why this company is sooooo great because I just don't see it. WG.V has this company beat in every possible metric. Please explain your logic in why anyone with shares of NWM should hold on to them rather than cut their losses now? I'm not trying to be a troll only to see your logic ...more

What does everyone think the SP will go to if all works out? I just don't see how a company that is more than $20m in debt with a market capitalization of less than $3M can survive much longer. The interest on the debt eats up all the money that is made. And the cash costs are over $1200 per oz.  That don't seem to be very attractive from an investment perspective.

With a market cap of under $3 million and production costs of over $1200 per ounce, the one thing that NWM does offer is extreme leverage to the price of gold. If gold does take off like many are predicting, NWM could be a 10 to 20 bagger in my opinion from this level, say if gold goes to $1500 an ounce. Even with the $20 million debt load, that's only about $30 per proven and probable ounce ...more
