When a bought financing deal goes through....
Does this mean it's all new issued shares ? Or former shares ? What happened to the existing shareholders ? Are we squeezed out - sitting on the sidelines as in benched - watching from a distance - while the company and new fiancier - and other new theirartynholders gain all the more - while the existing shareholders sit idely by - and take it ? Hmmmmm
sohnds like a screwing over.... Where company - financier - new thirdy party holders all get action - shareholders nothing.....
