Shame is right! As per Note 3 on the Summary Compensation Table: "Following his resignation, Mr. Berlet was retained on a consulting basis for a six (6) month term at a rate of $15,000 per month. In addition, six (6) months from Mr. Berlet's resignation, he was paid a termination bonus in the amount of $90,000 in lieu of any termination or severance provision"...wait, what? He ...more
