I found confirmation of the shorting of NXE but it just didn't make sense to me given that in the short term Federal EA approvals should be obtained which I believe will give the price a boost. A very risky play! I unfortunately also see the next phase as holding some riskw from a M&A perspective or partnership as they head into financing the project.
