Thoughts on price decline...
Without a track record of revenue, pricing is primarily a product of human nature based on relatively uninformed perceptions. Couple this with retail investors selling at a losses who likely purchased in March at much higher prices; however, start-ups are more of a long term investment with some ups and downs over the first year +/-.
It should also be noted that there are the shareholders who are selling as lockout periods end. One should take note of the release of stock from the escrow accounts which allow early investors and consultants to sell their units. The last release was for roughly nine-million shares in Apr and next release is in Q4.
Furthermore, small orders can cause share price to swing wildly since volume is so small.
