What will happen to us if IBR takes an offer

Hi, I am not an expert and wonder what would happen to the IBR shareholders if they take an offer at some price after a negotiation. We will be forced to sell IBR shares at the price of agreement or IBR shares will be transfered to Velvet shares?

Another issue is there is no value for tangle creek shares.
