30%

While having 30% of shareholders including institutional are currently not in favour of this deal, management can't really do much to prevent it from happening. Not unless they plan to start buying up 20%+ themselves. If not, maybe a white night will show up and offer a better price which management could then sway the 30% to approve a better deal. TBD.

I think there are many longs, me included, that push the 30% number well in excess of 50% of the total outstanding share float.  No deal will fly unless the expectation of a fair appropriately priced offer - much higher than the current market price - is met.  I've been through this with IAE where shareholders got screwed by the biggest insider, the Delek Group.  The difference ...more

I do not come anywhere close to being part owner of 1.8 million shares investment consortium, so my shares won't mean much in the larger scheme of things. Like most long investors, I'm tired of being swindled out of good investments by companies like Velvet, especially ...more

Velvet needs 66.6% in favor. You have 30% already saying no. So you need near all of the remaining shares. Zero chance of this happening.

volume drying up today also shows that most investors don't think this bs 0.75c bid is any good. IMO they already have 50 plus percent not wanting this krp deal.

You know, it always amazes me that people that have been around as long as you still don't bother to read press releases. Velvet needs 2/3rds of IBR shareholders to agree, not 50% Stupidity is always frustrating
